Refund Policy

Because access to the guide is granted immediately after payment and the file can be downloaded and kept, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been opened.

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid but were never able to access the guide and we could not resolve it.
• The file delivered was corrupted or incorrect and we could not supply a working copy.

Email corporate.enigma@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference and a short description of the issue. Please do not send card numbers or any sensitive payment credentials. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.
